Hey all, we are looking into the OTP issue and not receiving the messages. It should happen right away, but looks to be jammed up. I don't have an ETA, yet. Will hopefully have it resolved soon.

Apologies if that is the case. If you should have received the rewards on a character and you haven't submit a ticket. CS can verify what rewards should be granted and get them to you! The automated process was meant as a means to get rewards out to the majority of characters/players who had earned them, but it is entirely possible people were missed. Please reach out to support if you feel that is the case.

As some others in the thread have mentioned, there are a few steps you can take when you see something like this.
  • Report them! Always report the individual, as close to the time of their cheating as possible. Include any details you can as well. Having a record of when this happened makes it easier for us verify and take action.
  • If you want some extra diligence, send a PM to myself and/or Keith with the information.
Our team has regular reviews of hacking/cheating claims so they should be good via reporting. Letting Keith or I know allows us to escalate to ensure that information is captured in our investigations.

Ok, it looks like the Conquest rewards have gone out as intended! Let me explain a little bit about exactly how it worked.
  • If your Guild won a Conquest previously and did not get rewards, every member of that Guild today will now have been granted those rewards. This does mean it is possible that someone who did not participate when the Guild won will get the rewards today.
  • If you were in a Guild when it won the Conquest, but have since left that Guild or moved to a different one, it is possible you still have not received your reward. If that is the case, please file a new ticket. CS will verify and get you the rewards.
  • We are getting reports that although the rewards have been issued, the normal CXP that comes with them is not there. Unfortunately that is not something we can address right now, so you will just have rely on double XP to get that back quickly. If we need to run this automated process in the future, we will try to get that addressed.

Thank you all for your patience with Conquest rewards, we know this has been one bumpy road. The team is actively working on redoing Conquest "under the hood" so we can stop this from happening. Once I have more updates on that I will pass it on.
